The Best of Two Worlds | Live! is the epitome of the stars literally aligning. In spring 1989 both The Second Edition and Growing Girls began planning a joint concert tour called – The Best Of Two Worlds. To each group’s thrill, The Second Edition won the 1989 BHS International Quartet Championship in July, and the Growing Girls were crowned the 1989 SAI Queens of Harmony in October, less than two weeks prior to the debut concert. These two legendary champion quartets took The Best Of Two Worlds concert on tour for over a year beginning in the late fall of 1989 performing in Chicago, Salt Lake City, San Francisco, Sweden and New Zealand. The premiere show was recorded but never released…until now! Digitally mastered for the first time from the original reels, enjoy the thrilling sounds of The Second Edition and Growing Girls LIVE!
